iO Associates is seeking an AG ME Technical Shopfloor Support to work with one of the top businesses that create, produce, and provide customers with aerospace goods and services. They are in charge of the production of commercial aircraft, including helicopters, spacecraft, and defence systems. They are seeking an Technical Shopfloor Support who will accompany the production team, support in identifying, analysing, and solving technical issues not directly manageable by the Operators & First Line Manager.

Responsibilities:

Identify and assist with non-conformities (NCs) on the shop floor, including documentation and follow-up.
Escalate unresolved production issues to the relevant support teams.
Support process analysis and improvement initiatives (LEAN, WIP, PVF, FA).
Assist in tool repair requests and specifications for new or modified jigs and tools, including calibration.

Desirable:

Relevant Fitting Experience.
Hands-on with NC identification, documentation, and follow-up.
Basic knowledge of LEAN, WIP, PVF, and failure analysis.
Comfortable handling technical documents and work orders.
