iO Associates has partnered with a leading aerospace industry player, offering a range of services including industrialization, manufacturing, and quality control. We are seeking an Aircraft Sealer/Painter to join our dynamic team.

Aircraft Sealer/Painter

Location: Hamburg

Salary: €45,000 per annum

Start Date: June

Your Responsibilities:

Touch up door-seals.
Apply aerodynamic seals (e.g., cockpit windows, fuselage)
Perform rework on surface damages (e.g., scratches)
Adhere to FOD rules and both company and customer's internal procedures.

Qualifications

Knowledge of chemicals, particularly paint, sealants, and Alodine
Proficiency in applying exterior sealant beads.
Demonstrated quality-oriented and responsible work ethic.
Proficiency in English
Flexibility to work early/late shifts and weekends.
