We are looking for talented individuals to join us on one of our many exciting journeys.

We are hiring an Algorithm Engineer to join our EW division in supporting the delivery of future technologies for the Royal Navy. As Algorithm engineer you would work with our software and systems teams to formulate algorithms that would be used in the development of software and systems. You would be involved in producing algorithms for mission data, scenarios and software solutions.

This role offers an excellent chance to work on market leading technologies and be part of the delivery of future solutions for the Royal Navy.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Development of control and signal analysis algorithms

  • Translate working practices and produce architectures

  • Development of data analysis and machine learning algorithms

  • Creation of design, test and release documentation

What we're looking for:

  • A background in the development of signal processing and control algorithms

  • Software programming skills (language agnostic)

  • Experience in MATLAB or other modelling software

  • Creation of design and test documentation
