APIGEE Developer - Contract role - OUTSIDE IR35 - Fully Remote - Immediate Start

iO Associates are looking for an APIGEE Developer to join our client on an initial 6-month contract role offering up to £450 a day for an immediate start. This role will be a fully remote working role and is likely to fall outside IR35. Our client is building a team of APIGEE Developers to work on several projects resulting a long term opportunity with a fast growing company.


This is the job spec I've been sent:

• Minimum of 3 years of application design and development experience in a cloud environment, including 2+ years of coding REST services and API such as: Java, JSON, Python.
• Experience with APIs, Apigee, gateway security(certificates), REST, and SOAP
• Implementation and delivery experience for at least 1 Google Cloud Platform Apigee client solution is advantage
• Apigee Certified is beneficial or desire to get certified
• Familiarity of Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions, Docker and Kubernetes are an advantage
• Experience in working APIs (RESTful) and experience on integration applications
• Experience in design of Restful API's following standards like Open API, GraphQL and others in market is beneficial.
