    Seeking talented Application software engineers eager to enhance and customize products for global customers. Application Software Engineers possess a unique blend of software expertise, domain knowledge, and a results-oriented mindset. Leveraging these skills, our engineers collaborate closely with autonomy developers to ensure our products drive maximum impact in advancing customers' autonomy initiatives. This pivotal role integrates our product and engineering prowess with our customer-centric culture.
    Responsibilities:
    * Engage with customers to grasp their development needs and autonomy use cases, proposing effective utilization of our products.
    * Collaborate with engineering teams to align the product roadmap with current and potential customer requirements.
    * Prioritize customer needs and facilitate effective communication with the broader engineering team.
    * Conduct detailed technical discussions and workshops in collaboration with our sales team to gather requirements.
    * Identify new product development opportunities based on a strategic understanding of the customer landscape.

    Qualifications:
    * Experience interfacing with end-customers as an application engineer or developer.
    * Familiarity with best practices in large-scale software development.
    * Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving focus to address customer needs.
    Nice-to-Have:
    * Previous background in technical sales or application engineering for simulation products.
    * Experience with automotive OEMs or suppliers.
    * Prior involvement in autonomous vehicle development domains or software simulation.
