Clinical Application Specialist - Liverpool - £38,000 - £45,000pa

Permanent + flexible working - Remote initially

IO associates are currently looking for a Clinical Application Specialist to join a international healthcare organisation, who are looking to improve the face of healthcare by providing innovative software solutions.

You, the successful Clinical Application Specialist, will be working with top clinical staff and implementation teams globally.

Role responsibilities:

- To support customers and colleagues with aspects relating to specific clinical systems and products

- Provide customer education both internally and externally at customer sites

- Create healthy working realtionships with development teams and clients in order to provide appropriate business solutions

Requirements:

- ESSENTIAL - Clinical or laboratory environment experience

- Experience with PAS or Labs/Laboratory software and systems

- Experience providing technical support, training and troubleshooting

- History of managing or liaising with customer/client accounts to meet business needs

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
