Here at iO, I am working with a Niche Luxury Goods company that operates within the Smart Industry realm, who have a brand-new position available for an ambitious Application Support Professional, who is looking for a role in which to progress their knowledge and skill.

Role: Application Support Professional

Location: London, Hybrid, 2 Days in the Office

Salary: £69,000

Role responsibilities,

• Providing front line application support
• Trouble shooting and assessing existing problems
• Stake Holder Management
• Incident and release management

Essential Criteria,

• Some proficiency in Python or SQL scripting
• Prior experience using Zendesk

Highly desirable but not essential,

• Kubernetes
• AWS
