Would you be interested in working for an expanding tech enterprise with globally recognised credentials and industry leading capabilities across the Insurance space? The prospective Application Support Analyst will be joining a technically dynamic team who embody the people first business culture.
Key deliverables:
- Predominantly supporting the Websure application
- Application enhancement
- Collaborating with vendors to deliver customer solutions
- Some BAU work including SQL server upgrades/migrations
Essential criteria:
- 5 years professional experience in an Application Supporting role
- Strong understanding of SQL
- Writing SQL reports
- Understanding data base structures
- Strong hands-on experience of Application configuration//development
- Personable, professional and autonomous approach
- Good awareness of the project lifecycle and ITIL service
The business is keen to appoint a skilled Application Support Analyst at short notice and interviews will be arranged swiftly (2 stage process). A salary of up to ~£45,000 is being offered as part of a competitive package
This is a hybrid role, based out of Central London, with a minimum of 2 days per week in office expected.
