AWS - Data Engineer

iO associates are currently working with an exciting client looking to create a video Business Data platform which aims to have an impact everyday life. This is an amazing opportunity to join a thriving and productive engineering team.

You will need:

-Good knowledge of Java, Scala or Python
-Experience with Data Pipelines
-Any Big Data technology experience such as Spark, Databases or Streaming
-Strong Docker understanding like Kubernetes, infrastructure tools such as Terraform/ansible.
-AWS experience
-Scripting practise in Python, other shell scripting languages would also be a plus!

This company ideally wants to find a candidate with team skills, passion for their work and a ready attitude to work on a new challenge. It will be fully remote, outside IR35.
