Azure Architect - Remote Working - 6-Month Contract - £550 a day

iO Associates are looking for an Azure Architect to join my client for an initial 6-month contract role offering up to £550 a day (inside IR35) for an immediate start. There will be remote working but you will have to travel to the client's main offices based in London when required.

You will be architecting and designing Workplace Virtualization solutions and ensuring the quality of Azure Cloud Microsoft VDI Windows virtual desktop services. The ideal candidate will have experience in Azure Cloud, Azure Administrator, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Virtual desktop Assessment (VDI), HLD / LLD documents and have relevant certifications.

You must have experience with the following:

• Azure Administrator ( AZ-103 / AZ-104 Certified )
• Through Knowledge on Microsoft Windows Virtual desktop Assessment, Solution Design , HLD and LLD preparation & implementation
• Windows Virtual Desktop experience
• Azure Cloud experience
• Experience configuring / managing Azure IaaS & PaaS technologies
• Good understanding of Azure ExpressRoute
• Experience with on-prem to cloud VDI replication and DR strategies
• Experience with Azure Active Directory
• Hands on experience with performance monitoring and alerting for cloud workload instances
• Extensive experience with automation leveraging Azure CLI, PowerShell,
• Possess a detailed understanding of architectural dependencies of an Azure WVD VDI environment
