iO associates are working on an exciting opportunity for a BI Manager to join an established and forward-thinking, software leading technology company

Created in order to completely re-design and overhaul the way the UK MOD deliver flight training, Lockheed Martin and Babcock International set on a joint venture responsible for the training design and delivery for the UK Armed Forces. They now have a workforce of over 300 people over multiple locations. They are leaders in the field, supporting the on-going sustainment of the UK's air defence and emergency flight capabilities, both at home and around the world.

You will provide leadership, vision system governance and direction to a team of Business Intelligence Analysts who work within the reporting layer of the business intelligence estate. They are currently embracing new technologies to further develop their reporting environment, so they are looking for you to help provide business intelligence guidance and insights

They are a close-knit team who have a very relaxed, fun culture. They need someone who isn't just highly competent but can also become a valuable part of the team, get involved in the socials and more importantly has the drive to learn and succeed.

What they are looking for:

• Experience managing a BI environment - ideally line manager exp
• Experienced with Power BI
• Working knowledge of SQL, ideally SSRS/SSAS/SSIS
• Familiarity with Azure - AWS or GCP experience works too

The company are still business as usual and are all set up to do interviews remotely via video link, once successful they will get all the equipment you need shipped to your home so that you can start as soon as possible!

As expected, everything is fully remote at the moment (interview, onboarding, working etc) once it is safe to return to the office, it will be an at home/office split
