Pay rate: £40 p/h inside IR35.

Role Type: 6 Month Contract with extension

IO Associates is seeking a Building and Construction Project Leader, to work at the Broughton site for a global pioneer in the aerospace industry, operating in the commercial aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in project planning and management, adept at identifying and mitigating risks.
• Experienced in financial oversight, managing CAPEX business cases, and monitoring budgets for optimal performance.
• Skilled in building services design, applying industry standards to major projects.
• Effective communication and relationship building with stakeholders ensure project success.

Skills & Experience required

• led and motivated diverse project teams, managing external professionals in Facilities Management.
• Extensive senior PM experience with a focus on Capital Investment Project management and successful project delivery.
• Hold ONC/HNC or equivalent in Building Engineering Services, showcasing a practical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Translate client briefs into construction requirements, coordinate with external professionals, and communicate seamlessly with stakeholders, ensuring project success.
