Role: Business Analyst - Digital Agency - eCommerce

Location: Fully Remote with office in Reading

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 plus benefits package

Working in a digital agency is fast paced and exciting, allowing you to work on a variety of projects. You can flex existing skills and learn new ones, talk to new people on a daily basis and have influence over the work you carry out. This digital agency can offer you all of that, and will also encourage you to be consultative. Sometimes, you need to advise and direct - to push back on things that may not be realistic but you'll always be facilitating the goals and ambitions of the client.

This agency in particular consider themselves to be human-centric and offer a full range of services within digital and customer experience. As part of ongoing growth throughout the company (due to project demand and overall success), they're looking for a Business Analyst to come on board. They're about to start work on a couple of new, large projects and you'll play a pivotal role in their success.

We'd like to see:

- eCommerce experience and a thorough understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem

- An awareness of Product Management and Stock Management

- Experience within an agency or consultancy background (or generally, the ability to consult)

- The ability to advise and deliver on briefs/project goals

- Experience with identifying options and opportunities for a client and making recommendations for change

- Agile and Waterfall

- Workflow / Business Process flows

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

This opportunity is offered on a fully remote basis with perhaps 1 or 2 visits to the office per month. The office is based in Reading and the team there will be able to fully support you either on-site or from afar.
