Business Analyst - Digital Transformation & Cloud Tooling Adoption
Location: - London (Remote)
Clearance: Active SC & NPPV3

Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support two major programmes, including a critical initiative focused on the adoption of Microsoft 365 and other cloud-based tooling at the organisational and operational (OS) level. This role is key to modernising ways of working and driving digital transformation across a large, complex environment.
You will work closely with teams to analyse current processes, define future operating models, and ensure successful implementation of new tools and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather and document requirements for tooling adoption and process modernisation at OS level.
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to design future workflows.
- Support programme delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including long-serving officers with limited technical knowledge.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Active NPPV3 & SC Clearance - mandatory for this role.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale digital transformation or tooling adoption projects.
- Strong understanding of Government or Policing environments (highly desirable).
- Ability to work at pace, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and manage challenging deadlines.
- Experience in agile delivery and modern ways of working.
- Background in Policing or Law Enforcement
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies.
Desirable
- Experience in other security-sensitive industries (e.g., finance, defence) with transferable skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
