Business Analysts - RMS Implementation (UK Police Force)

Rate/Salary: £500-550 per day

Overview:

iO Associates are partnered with another UK police force who are currently undertaking a NICHE RMS Implementation. We are seeking a Business Analysts with experience in policing technology and RMS platforms to support this NICHE programme. Applicants are required to hold or have previously held NPPV3 clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for RMS implementation.
Map current and future-state processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Support data migration planning, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement across departments including frontline policing, IT, and governance.
Ensure alignment with national policing standards, data protection, and compliance frameworks.
