Role: IT Business Analyst
Location: Remote (occasional day down in Swindon)

iO Associates are on the lookout for a Business Analyst who will play a critical role in ensuring alignment between business needs and IT delivery for the Single Customer View (SCV) programme, a multi-year strategic initiative to consolidate and standardise customer data across the client.

You will:

Define and validate a prioritised requirements baseline before initiating design and build phases.
Ensure requirements are driven by business needs to strengthen stakeholder engagement and alignment.
Deliver a Single Customer View (SCV) solution that integrates data and supports future scalability and use cases.
Minimise the risk of rework, project delays, and misalignment through early clarity and consensus.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst on IT or data-focused transformation programmes.
Proven ability to gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements effectively.
Experience working within public sector or government-related organisations.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and/or complex CRM consolidation initiatives.
Background in data warehousing and reporting tools, such as Power BI or Janus.
Strong understanding of data governance, GDPR compliance, and information security standards.
