Job Title: Business Development Manager - German Speaking.

iO are partnered with ClearMotion, as part of their continued growth and success we are back with an exciting role for a skilled German Speaking Business Development Manager based in the UK.

ClearMotion develop a groundbreaking fully active suspension system that will improve ride quality and handling for the automotive industry, and with the business in one of the most exciting positions they have been in since their inception, your skills would be invaluable for their growth.

Your business development efforts will be focused on the European market and therefore it is essential you are fluent in the German language.

Key skills:

• 5 years of Automotive Tier1/Tier2 or OEM business development/sales experience.
• Fluent in the German language.
• Ability to drive change and lead groups within an organisation.
• Proven ability of relationship building with customers, high IQ and EQ.
• Verbal and written communications skills.

Role responsibility:

• Lead negotiation of commercial relationships and technical topics.
• Domestic and international travel where required.
• Generate and negotiate quotes to customers, including breakdowns and presentation material to meet expectations.
• Work with Technical Project Leadership and Project Management team members to aid company process improvement.

This role will be UK based and can be worked remotely for the right candidate, ideally able to go into the office in Nuneaton from time to time to build colleague relationships and rapport.
