Role: Business Development Manager
Salary: £65,000 basic + uncapped commission
Car: Fully expensed company car and fuel card

We're working with a leading Medical Devices Organisation where you'll play a pivotal role in promoting and selling industry-leading devices.

Responsibilities:

Our client is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join their UK based team where you will be working across both public and private healthcare, providing a great opportunity to excel in both sectors. As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving new business and managing existing accounts within your territory. It will be important to collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing and other BDM's to ensure you are able to meet and exceed sales targets. In a quickly expanding Medical Devices market, iO's client is looking to expand their team of BDM's.

To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the healthcare and/or medical devices industry, ideally with sales experience of medical devices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
