Role: Business Development Manager - AV & Collab

Location: Fully remote with offices near London

Salary: Up to £65K, Double OTE + Car Allowance & Benefits

The past 12 months have been amazing for this business. They've broken some of their own records with contracts signed and deals closed and their GP & Revenue has risen to prove this. Although on the smaller end of the scale, they are experts in their field anf this is shown in the calibre of their accounts and the scale of sales they work with.

They're growing the team in a number of areas but are especially keen to bring in a Business Development Manager - (AV & Collab) who effectively grow and develop new accounts. You'll be supported by marketing and various other resources in terms of lead generation and management but you'll be the face infront of the customer.

Whilst they have a head office and satelleite office for you to visit, this is a fully remote role and you can work from wherever you like.

What we're looking for:

- Experience managing existing accounts and customer relations

- Take ownership of your accounts and work with other departments to up and cross-sell

- Build and manage partner/vendor relations - sales to sales engagement is key

- Experience with following leads for new business and converting to sales opportunities

- Own solutions for AV and Collab across a variety of vendors and partners

- Where necessary, take responsibility for people management

- Be comfortable and confident with both customers and partners to build and sell solutions

- Microsoft Gold Partner with extensive capabilities around MS Teams, together with being a Zoom Partner, Webex Partner and Starleaf Platinum Partner

  • Room Control ( AMX, Crestron and Extron )
  • Microphone / audio integration ( Clearone, QSC, Biamp, Shure, Nureva )
  • Interactive displays ( Smart Technologies, Avocor, NEC, Microsoft Surface Hub, Cisco Webex)
  • Room Booking ( Crestron, Evoko, AMX)
  • Video Collaboration ( Poly, Yealink, Crestron, Starleaf)
  • Video Walls ( NEC, Philips, LG, Samsung)
  • Wireless Content Sharing ( Barco Clickshare, Mersive)
  • Installation, project management and AV integration
