Location - (Hybrid Role) 3 x Office days and 2 Work from Home

Salary: £40K OTE

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a keen salesperson with experience or someone looking to start their career in sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads - New business generation
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new leads and opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on client inquiries
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, B2B, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, ConnectWise, etc)
  • Basic knowledge of Telecommunications products and services
