Position: Business Methods Engineer

Pay rate: £35.03 p/h inside IR35.

location: Broughton

Role Type: Contract until 12/08/2025 with an Extension

IO Associates seeks a Business Methods Engineer for the Broughton site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. Responsibilities

• Test, develop, and document core ARP solutions aligned with Broughton Industrial System.
• Interface between ARP Core Team and wider ME, as well as other functions like Procurement and Operations.
• Identify gaps, propose improvements, and ensure alignment with central organization.
• Cascade new methods, support SAP systems, and provide coaching for operational teams.
• Lead manufacturing aspects of PLM projects, focusing on E2E Digital Continuity.

Skills

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Familiarity with aerospace backgrounds is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
• Essential SAP experience and comprehension.
• Eager to expand understanding of broader business processes and functions.
