Role: C# Software Developer

Salary: £40K+

Location: Oxford - currently remote working but back on site full time when possible.

A digital media company in Oxford are looking for a C# Software Developer to join their team. The C# Software Developer will be experienced in ASP. Net, C# and SQL Server. They will also have some Front End capabilities including Java, HTML, CSS. Knowledge and experience of Web Development is essential and you will be working on some really exciting accounts.

Due to the current circumstances surrounding Covid-19, the role will be based remotely but is ultimately based in Oxford and you must be within a commutable distance to the site. The expectation is that you will be in the office at least four days out of the week due to the collaborative nature of the role.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Web applicaton development using ASP .Net and C#
  • Involvement in change requets and bug fixes
  • Helping to provide time estimates and to produce technical specifications / documentation
  • Working on solution adoptions and upgrades
  • Collaboration across the teams (testing, design, UI) to deliver on larger-scale change requests
  • Communicate and document your work to support others and allow yourself to be supported in completing tasks

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3-5 years of ASP. Net development in a commercial environment - for websites and or applications
  • C# and SQL Server experience
  • Experience of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is very advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Organised, ambitious, self-motivated and willing to work as part of a team
  • Methodical approach to tasks
