Elbit Systems in the UK are a Defence, Technology and Aerospace company working on a range of technologies for both military and civilian applications.

You will be working with a team of experienced and talented individuals across multiple disciplines and in an organisation that has the benefit of a global presence with plenty of growth opportunity.

What we're looking for:

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

Our C4i division is looking for an experienced Campaign Director to join us as we continue to grow within the UK. This role is key to our future roadmap and would see the individual take charge of the capture and campaign function.

The candidate will lead ESUK's C4I and Cyber Business Unit campaigns primarily in the Information Manoeuvre portfolio as well as Air and Ground Manoeuvre and export of potential technologies to NATO partners.

As well as taking charge of the campaign function for the business unit you will be enabled in further growing the team to support the active capture, business development and bid management.

Due to the seniority of the position we are looking for an individual with a background within C4i, CEMA or C5ISREW and has been involved in the full lifecycle management from business case, route to market and tendering process.

This is a truly unique role for an individual that would be excited by the opportunity to join a fast paced and agile UK defence company as we continue to grow our UK presence over the coming years.

Skills:

  • Campaign and Business Development experience within C4i

  • Leadership and Management experience of business development teams

  • Experience of full life cycle management of large MoD tenders.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

What's in it for you:

Elbit Systems UK is at the forefront of technological innovation within our industry and as our presence grows in the UK, we want to recruit talented individuals to build a cohesive and diverse group on numerous projects. We offer Competitive salary packages, flexible working hours, health care options, life cover, family friendly policies and a range of additional benefits including salary sacrifice schemes, discounts, access to Learning and Development tools and support for yours and your family's health and wellbeing.

All the positions will be based full-time or with alternative flexible arrangement from our offices either in Bristol, London or home based (where the job allows).
