Business Change and Communication Lead

Remote | Inside IR35| £600 Per/Day | 8 MONTHS

iO Associates are proud to be working with an eCommerce client for this Change and Communication Lead role.

You will be a part of an exciting multi-year project working with one of the UKs leading brands. Alongside this you will be a part of a fantastic agile team working with some of the industries best. You will be creating a change strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the creation and implementation of new structures and processes for the client.

Experience needed:

- Must have experience in leading complex change in large global organisation change programmes, preferably including the off shoring of processes and roles.

- Muat have experience with Business Transition and organisational change

- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to operate independently to shape and develop successful change plans and interventions.

- Advanced knowledge and experience of Finance. HR, Procurement and (End User Computing processes would be an advantage).

- Ability to adapt plans and activities in line with changing priorities in a fast-paced agile environment is essential.
