We are seeking a proactive individual to spearhead project management initiatives and ensure seamless delivery aligned with our client's strategic goals. As the project manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising their processes, driving a culture of collaboration and inclusivity, and nurturing professional growth within a talented team.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficient Project Management: Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery and top-notch quality across all engineering endeavours. Establish and refine a robust project management framework that emphasises agility and efficiency.
Strategic OKR Management: Drive a talented engineering team's OKR process, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Monitor and adjust OKRs to maintain project focus and drive continuous improvement through end-of-quarter retrospectives.
Process Enhancement: Continuously improve engineering processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Champion agile and lean methodologies to streamline team workflow and maximise output.
Cultural Development: Develop initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive engineering culture. Promote team-building activities, mentorship opportunities, and professional growth initiatives to strengthen team cohesion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a technology environment, with a proven track record of project management and process improvement.
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with OKR or similar goal-setting frameworks.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Strong sense of ownership and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
