Change and Transformation Programme Manager

Business Change Programme Manager - Contract - Fully Remote - 12 months with probable extension

£750 - £800 per day - Outside IR35

iO are proud to be partnered with a well-known Utilities company who are looking to hire a Business Change Programme Manager as they move through a company-wide Transformation Programme.

In this role you will be working with leadership teams across all departments including external parties and engaging with both technical and non-technical members of the programme.

As the Programme manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, management, & delivery of 4 projects that will increase revenue.

These projects will include a mix of people, digital, & business changes.

Skills required:
- Extensive Business Change Strategy and Management experience
- Stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Business/Enterprise or Solution Architect mindset and skills
- Understanding of wider company strategy

Highly Desired:
- Experience with Offshoring and 3rd party contracting

The client has completed the initial discovery stage and is aiming to have this position filled within the first 2 weeks of the new financial year.
