Excellent opportunity to join an engineering industry leader, where you will be overseeing the transformation of highly sophisticated technology systems catering as a Change Management Consultant for a high skilled team for the Energy sector.

You will enjoy a starring role where you will ensure the implementation of a highly diversified and unique portfolio of products, and be given the platform to drive change, allowing engineering team to function most effectively.

In this role you will participate in the structuring and transformation of the hydrogen team on different organizational and functional aspects.

Main duties You contribute to various projects - which may evolve in the coming months depending on your expertise: * The implementation of a cloud system using the tools available
* The layout of the offices (setting up of flesk desk) and the optimization of the management of the meeting rooms.
* Implementation of change management initiatives, including work habit initiatives
* In order to manage these different changes, you communicate regularly to the teams through team meetings and regular reporting to the business.

Profile
* You have a master's degree in Management Sciences (HEC)
* You have approximately five years of experience in a management consulting firm or in change management (project manager) in a large company
* You are fluent in English and French
