What You'll Do:

Provide strategic technical leadership across all phases of aircraft development.
Guide system integration, design, testing, and certification efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Engage with stakeholders and regulatory bodies to communicate technical progress.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.

What You Bring:

12+ years of aerospace engineering experience, including leadership of complex aviation programs.
Deep expertise in one or more of the following:

Overall aircraft systems e.g. avionics, EWIS, landing gear systems etc.
Overall aircraft performance e.g. flight physics, aerodynamics etc.

Strong command of EASA regulations and certification processes.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and deliver results.
