Citrix Engineer

Working for a large Swiss client, one who supports customers in the strategic planning of their IT infrastructure and operations are looking to further strengthen the existing team with an experience Citrix Engineer.

Can be located anywhere is Switzerland on a remote or offices are Zurich and St Gallen, they are German first speaking organisation some fluent language skills across German and English is mandatory.

Salary up to 140,000 CH

We are looking for an innovative personality with drive for demanding engineering projects and operational tasks, in the Citrix area.

Your area of responsibility:

• Operation & further development of virtualization solutions (Citrix VirtualApps / Desktop) and Enterprise Mobile Management solutions (XenMobile / Cisco Meraki)
• Operation of Application Delivery Controllers (Citrix ADC) and Azure / M365 environments (MS Intune)
• Evaluation, elaboration and further development of service solutions in demanding customer projects
• Working with IT architects and sales to develop solutions for new and existing customers
• Support in the technically complex 2nd and 3rd level support * Localization and elimination of faulty system states (Incident & Problem Management)
• Planning and implementation of the change and release management, the responsible systems / services in consultation with the customer

Key Technical skills:

• Strong demonstrable across Citrix and Microsoft products: VirtualApps / Desktop, XenMobile, Cisco Meraki, ADC, Windows Client / Server, Active Directory, M365
• Fluent German and English language
