Join the Frontline of Life-Changing Research | Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
Location: Germany (Hybrid or Remote options available)
Positions: 2 | Focus Areas: Parkinson's Disease | Rare Diseases (Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy or Gaucher Disease)
Are you ready to dedicate your clinical expertise to work that truly changes lives?
iO Associates has partnered with 2 leading organisations in biotech research for CNS and rare disease pipelines. At the heart of their mission is the unwavering belief that every data point, every site visit, and every protocol followed with integrity brings them one step closer to a world where devastating diseases are no longer incurable.
They're hiring for a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their growing team - each dedicated to the advancement of clinical trials in neurology and rare disease research.
Why These Roles Matter
Parkinson's Disease
You'll be part of a multi-centre clinical programme that's redefining how neurodegenerative disorders are treated. With new compounds targeting disease progression rather than symptoms, you'll contribute to restoring dignity, mobility, and independence to millions worldwide.
Rare Diseases (Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy or Gaucher Disease)
For many living with rare diseases, clinical trials offer their only hope. These patients and their families wait years for answers. Your work will accelerate that journey from research to treatment, and your attention to detail could mean a child walks longer, breathes easier, or lives a fuller life.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and monitor clinical trials across Germany, ensuring full GCP compliance.
Develop strong relationships with trial sites, investigators, and cross-functional teams.
Support protocol development and ethics submissions.
Contribute to feasibility studies and site - input shapes the future of each trial.
Act as a scientific and operational point of contact in your area of specialism.
We're Looking For
Previous CRA experience (minimum 2 years).
Strong knowledge of GCP, EU/ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Specialism or demonstrable interest in Parkinson's, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, or Gaucher Disease.
Native or fluent German speaker, with professional English.
Passion for patient advocacy and scientific discovery.
What's On Offer
A collaborative and compassionate culture with flat hierarchies.
Access to some of the most innovative, early-phase trials in Europe.
Generous compensation, flexible working, and real progression.
Direct impact: every trial you touch is meaningful. Every day counts.
