Cloud Engineer

Position: AWS Cloud Engineer

Location: Zurich or Bern, Switzerland

Salary: up to 130k CHF

Working model: Hybrid, 40% home office with flexitime

Industry: IT Service and IT Consulting

With expertise in software development and cloud solutions, this company are looking to double the headcount of their team of Cloud Engineers. There are several projects across finance, IT, in-house products, and the governmental sector, with plans to onboard more projects soon, your AWS expertise are in high demand!

Tasks

• Build solution architectures based on customer cloud technologies
• Design and implement automated tool chains (IaC) and pipelines (CI/CD)
• Work with the infrastructure team for integration, and onsite/offsite development teams
• Communicate your solutions well with customers, advising and informing them on AWS, your solutions and their cloud technologies

Requirements

• German language skills B2 minimum
• 3+ years' experience building and running AWS based solutions
• IaC and CI/CD experience
• University degree in computer science or equivalent
• Exposure to some of the following is desirable: DNS, Linux, Windows, TCP/IP, containers
