Commercial Manager / Consultant | Defence | Part-time Contract

Location: Bristol / Remote working flexibility

Role: Commercial Consultant

Rates: Up to £550p/d

Are you an experienced Commercial Manager with a history of working on complex bid commercials within defence? A team that we are working with based near Filton are on the lookout for an experienced Commercial Consultant with the ability to parachute in to a complex and stressful bid environment and provide commercial consultancy across legal, sub-contractors and prime bids.

The right sort of individual will be someone who is able to come in to a new environment and work alongside the existing team but is not afraid to rock the apple cart a little to ensure that the bid and tender is in top shape come submittal.

You will need an excellent knowledge of the defence procurement process, have worked with a number of key industry stakeholders previously and also have experience of coming in to bids mid-flight and being able to pick up and amend commercials quickly.

The role can be worked remotely with occasional trips to Bristol and will be 2-3days per week or more when and if needed over the coming months.
