iO Associates have partnered with a globally recognised developer and manufacturing of scientific instruments used across R&D applications.

My client is looking for 3 Contract Buyers to join the team to support the buyers, due to a surge in production over the last several months.

As a buyer, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Raising purchase orders through various methods and channels.
  • Issuing RFQ's, drawing releases analysing quotes and setting up new part replenishment profile.
  • Resolve issues relating to accuracy of deliveries, quality rejects, invoice queries etc.
  • Identify cost saving opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with suppliers.
