We are currently seeking a Simulation Systems Engineer with an SME knowledge of simulation products and systems architecture background for a 5 month contract. This is a stream of contract work to support us on a simulation training programme and will see you working alongside another functional individual on the requirements gathering for a major programme.

You, the successful simulation systems engineer will be working at the forefront of simulation technologies, with one of the fastest growing and award-winning defence companies in the UK.

It is essential that you have commercial experience working on simulator project at a high level and understanding of HLA required to run military simulation products. Low level programming is useful to have, however you will require strong understanding of the system more widely and be capable of reviewing the HLA of the simulator system.

Skills required:

• Systems Engineering / System Architecture

• From a simulation or training background

• Experience with HLA (Higher Level Architecture) for simulators

• Experience reviewing technical documentation for simulation systems

• Capability to understand the architecture and the systems input for synthetic simulators
