iO Associates are currently seeking a Control Systems Engineer, Working in PLC/SCADA based Special Purpose Machinery, my client are a renowned supplier of services to the Food & Drink Industry.

You the ideal engineer will have control over the operating/changes/updating of the entire PLC / SCADA Process, so will need to have a broad background across a variety of PLC Programmes. Effectively you will be required to interrogate the current Automation Systems and identify improvements, as well as software's, that should be utilised in order to bring everything up to speed.

The advantage of a contract like this is that you will have a good degree of autonomy over how to overhaul an automated control systems and have a tangible impact on the development of an SME business. It's a great contract to have on the CV, but they need a genuine expert!
