Looking to onboard a Controls Engineer at varying levels of seniority to design and develop the control systems for the hydraulics within their active suspension systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of production grade calibration routines, meeting requirements before deployment to the manufacturing line
- Create fault test case and develop real-time fault detection algorithms using DFMEA, simulation, and experimentation
- Work cross-functionally with systems, software and electric motor management teams
- MiL and HiL testing according to ASPICE
Key skills and experience:
- 2+ years in control algorithm development and dynamics
- Experience with algorithm development using MATLAB/Simulink
- MiL and HiL testing
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross functional work

The successful candidate will be working on breakthrough active suspensions systems for the automotive industry. Developing actuator calibration routines, real-time diagnostic algorithms, and fault test cases for the system
