This is a company who specialises in the error reporting space and at the moment, we are seeking for a personable, professional problem solver.
The ideal candidate will ideally have a background in development (Mobile/backend/frontend) where you will be responding to and troubleshooting customer queries. You will also be performing in-depth investigations to find ways to diagnose customer issues.
This is a permanent role where we may consider fully remote candidates. Their offices are based in Bath. We have a budget of circa £55,000 per annum + free lunch + bonus etc.
