Customer Success Manager / £35,000 to £40,000 Salary / Part Remote

A rapidly expanding SAAS business is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join their growing Customer Success team. Providing support to their wide range of clients to ensure they achieve success.

The business is going through rapid expansion and their clients include the likes of Amazon, eBay and Shopify. You will play an integral role in providing support and solutions to these customers.

The role will include:

  • Providing both business and technical account management and support
  • Successfully manage a book of accounts
  • Learning company products to provide customers best solutions
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell

Ideal skills/experience

  • Strong communication skills
  • Pro-active problem solver with excellent organisational skills
  • Technical support / account management experience
  • Great customer service
