Customer Success Manager
Would you be interested in working for a market leading organisation, who are utilising artificial intelligence software, to offer a unique product in their sector? The prospective Customer Success Manager will be joining a small and dynamic team, who are keen to help their customers understand their own data through the use of their product.
Key deliverables:
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention post sale
  • Working with government and/or enterprise clients
    • Overseeing product deployments
    • Enabling them to utilise product potential
Essential criteria:
  • Excellent Customer Success expertise
    • Backed by numbers/KPIs and retention
    • Able to articulate the deliverables and how those relationships have been built
  • Strong professional background working with government and/or enterprise level clients
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen
  • Strong background in managing complex product deployments
  • A military/SC/DV background is highly desirable
  • Happy travelling customer sites / conventions when required
The business is keen to appoint two skilled Customer Success Managers at short notice and interviews will be arranged swiftly (2 stages). A salary of up to ~£85,000 is being offered as part of a competitive package (including commission scheme and fully covered business travel). This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate(s) will need to be in London 2 days per week for team meetings.
