Due to the nature of this organisation, the ability to gain SC clearance is mandatory, and so UK residency is a must. You must also be able to travel to the Bristol site!

As the Cyber Security Engineer, you will be joining a small IT team with huge amounts of progression and training on offer. What better environment to grow your Cyber Security Engineering career than a leading defence company in which security and safety are of the utmost importance? You will be expected to look after all things security-related and will be the point-of-contact for security measures. As the main point-of-contact, you will be planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organisation's data, systems, and networks. With a 3rd party SOC being implemented, you will be in charge of it's successful implementation and be expected to monitor it's running. A hugely exciting aspect of the job will involve building a secure network for my client, which will involve a vast array of security network implementation.

Essential:

• Office 365/Azure Security.
• UK Government Security Standards & Classifications.
• Identity and Access Management, Network Security, Data Security, Digital Security.
• Implementing/Managing SIEM & SOC solutions.
• At least 2 years of security experience.
• Certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, CEH or CISM desired.
