Cyber Security Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Cyber Security Project Manager to spearhead critical security initiatives. You will be responsible for building and leading high-performing project teams, ensuring successful project execution from concept to completion.

Location: Huis ter Heide - onsite

Contract: 12 months

Rate: 80-90 per hour

** must be a Dutch Passport holder & speak Dutch**

You will need to undergo a security clearance

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional cyber project teams through all phases, encompassing task allocation, planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Drive the creation and execution of project plans, including project submissions and management within established frameworks (e.g., Project Assurance and Management IV and IT organization).
• Oversee post-Proof of Concept (PoC) activities, including long-term roll-out strategy and implementation upon successful PoC completion.
• Collaborate with technical cyber specialists to ensure optimal team staffing and resource allocation.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal clients and stakeholders, proactively identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
• Foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes shared vision and achieving project goals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of demonstrably successful project management experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working at the intersection of technology and business, with a strong understanding of internal processes.
• Completion of HBO-level education (Dutch higher vocational education) or at least 5 years of demonstrable work experience at an equivalent level (verifiable through CV and interview).
• Minimum availability of 24 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with innovation processes.
• 2+ years of work experience with data science and AI applications.
• Demonstrated knowledge of digital security frameworks like SANS, CISM, CISSP.
