Programme Manager - Data & Analytics
3 Month Contract - £800 - £825 per day, Outside IR35 | Immediate Start | Hybrid - UK Based

We're looking for a highly experienced Data Programme Manager to take the reins of a complex, high-impact data transformation project. The project involves large-scale analytics, data migration, and warehousing, and requires someone who can navigate both technical and political challenges with confidence and precision.

You'll be joining mid-way through the programme helping to stabilise, realign, and drive it through to successful delivery. This role calls for a strong leader who can think strategically, influence demanding senior stakeholders, and unite global delivery teams around a shared vision.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a complex data programme through to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, engineering, and client stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable delivery plans.
Manage risks, dependencies, and issues with foresight and accountability.
Communicate progress and challenges effectively to senior stakeholders.
Drive process improvement and ensure delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years' experience managing complex, large-scale data or technology programmes.
Proven success in data analytics, migration, and warehousing projects.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Background in leading global, cross-functional teams.
Experience managing external delivery partners.

Desirable

Understanding of Snowflake, ETL tools, or modern data platforms.
Knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
