Role - Data Scientist

Salary - 80K - 100K CH

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Scientist to join an exciting next gen aircraft company based in Stans, Switzerland.

They are working on a greenfield project for you to be heavily involved in in creating a brand new predictive maintenance tool that will thrust aerospace technology into the next generation!

What you do

• Design and develop big data algorithms for predictive maintenance and fault detection

• Translate system operational envelopes into mathematical models

• Define failure modes and strategies to predict system degradation

• Develop interactive visualization dashboards and automated reports to be distributed

• Work in close collaboration with system engineers and engineering customer support

What you bring

• Experience in aerospace or transportation industry is a plus

• Proficient in programming in Python, R, C++ or Java

• Experience with time series data, Spark clusters and Linux is preferred

• Open minded, flexible team player and communicative character

• Self-starter mentality with a solution-oriented mind-set and the willingness to learn

• Solid knowledge of spoken and written English
