My client needs a Head of UK Sales in their Hampshire office. They are a recognised global leader in virtual simulation and are shaping the future of military training.

They need someone to find and secure business in the UK & Ireland and manage key international accounts, as well as lead UK sales and marketing and be the face of their company at events.

They are using cutting-edge technology to shape the future of military training. You'll be working in a collaborative and innovative environment. They pay a competitive salary and advantageous bonus structure.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UK MOD sales, defence/aerospace/IT B2B.
• Be proactive, self-motivated, and a deal closer.
• Be able to create sales pipeline.
• Build long-lasting solid customer relationships.
• Be able to explain the benefits and have experience with serious game technology.
• Extensive experience writing bids and analysing strategies.
• Solid stakeholder management
• Customer focused and able to provide a service that stands out from their competition.
• MUST be SC Clearance eligible.
