Deskside IT Support Analyst
Location: London (Mon-Thurs Onsite, Friday WFH)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent

We are seeking a Deskside IT Support Analyst to join our London office, providing deskside and remote support to over 600 users across the firm. Working closely with lawyers and business teams, you will deliver high-quality technical support, resolve incidents, and ensure smooth IT operations in a fast-paced professional services environment.

This role sits within a Top 100 Law Firm with ambitious growth plans, where IT plays a key role in innovation and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide deskside and remote support, acting as an escalation point for complex issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in line with SLAs, including software, hardware, and meeting support.
  • Collaborate with 3rd line teams on application deployment, testing, and problem resolution.
  • Contribute to ITIL processes for Problem, Change, and Release Management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support continual service improvements.
  • Coach junior team members and participate in the service desk and out-of-hours rota.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in IT support, ideally within legal or professional services.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Citrix.
  • Experience with call logging systems and working to SLAs.
  • Experience with legal software would be an advantage.
