DIGITAL ELECTRONICS ENGINEER (Embedded / C / Python / Electronics / PCB Layout)
12 Month Contract

£350 - £450 per day
iO Associates are currently seeking a Digital Electronics Engineer who has experience within embedded software, programming in C and Python as well as experience within electronics for a 12 contract in which is fully remote. This is a stream of contract work that is part of a new space company that is going to improve life on earth.

You, the successful Digital Electronics Engineer will be working on a project of digital electronic systems for space applications for a company that specialises in small satellite technologies and services that enables many sectors to retrieve excellent timely data from space. They're looking for a candidate who has extensive experience presenting digital system simulations, schematic capture and PCB layout and as a result will working for a new leading space company that is in partnerships with countries all around the world.

Skills required:

• Embedded communication systems and standards, including use and understanding of CAN, SPI, I2C and UART
• Confident coding in C and Python
• Digital electronics hardware design experience
• Experience with microcontrollers, including implementation of applications with real-time constrains and complex communication requirements
• Extensive knowledge or experience in performing digital system simulations, schematic capture.
