iO associates are currently on the hunt to fill the role of Digital Manager for one of the UK's leading housing associations. this is an exiciting oppotunity to be at the forfront of new projects to put your stamp on them, and develop your skills in management in a strategic and agile enviroment.

Digital Manager
Hybrid working - London, Paddington
£51,414 - £54,000 per annum
24-month FTC (full time)

Requirements -

• Highly confident and experienced in the use if digital technology
• Significant knowledge of digital channels management
• Experience in delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of CRM, SMS, email and social media tools
• confident in making decisions via assessing analytics data, user research and stakeholder requirements
• The ability to standardise systems for consistency across the board

Responsibilities -

• Give advice, support and training across a range of digital channels and regulations including CRM, email, SMS, social, digital advertising and online reviews
• Line manager to the digital marketing officer
• Contribute to roadmaps for key digital channels
• Utilise CRM tools in order to improve user engagement
• Kepp track of channel usage statistics and be able to deal with any issues that may arise
• Maintain close working relationship with key stakeholders
• Proactively identify and evaluate emerging digital practices within the housing sector and beyond
• Be an avocate for the user experience digitally, to provide customers ans stakeholders with a unfied experience
