£50,000 - £55,000 plus Flexi-hours, private pension, 28 days holiday and much more

IO associates are working with a rapidly growing technology company, in the electric vehicle domain, who are looking to take their company to the next level. They are seeing significant month on moth growth and now need a dedicated marketing professional to help them expand even further. This is a super exciting opportunity, working with the founders of the company, to grow the business. Eventually the role will progress into a marketing Manager position as you hire more people to work alongside you

You need to understand how to reach out to the users, increase the user number and improve the conversion rates. The whole purpose of this role is to allow the company to scale their products and app, so you will put in place a campaign in order to do that.

You will be given lots of responsibility and the freedom to get creative. From webinars, meetups to podcasts - you will get involved with it all! The company culture is super important, they are a very vibrant fun company and they want someone who can get stuck into their ethos.

You will have

• Marketing B to C experience
• Coming from a digital or app world
• Know about digital realms, Facebook marketing, leveraging social media etc…
• Demonstrable experience scaling a product or an app by increasing the user count and the conversion rates
• Start-up experience would be beneficial
