iO Associates are working in partnership with an exciting new business, who are already integrated into the always evolving Bristol tech scene as they expand their dream team to help deliver their first consumer product to the world.

We are searching for a Digital/ Branding Marketing Manager to join this growing business whom have just received investment of £3M and is in a period of rapid growth prior to product launch (in about 12 months).

This represents an exceptional chance to take the helm of the company's marketing and commercial goals. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for crafting and implementing the complete go-to-market strategy for the inaugural consumer product launch. Additionally, you'll play a key role in expanding the product internationally into new markets.

What we are looking for:

Experience working in direct-to-consumer health/wellness/fitness brand marketing role (preferred)
Experience in digital marketing, SEO and ecommerce (preferred)
Proven ability to develop effective marketing programs, translating marketing objectives into functional plans that achieve targets
Understanding of marketing inputs/outputs into the P&L
