iO Associates have been retained to recruit for both a .Net Developer and a Senior .Net Developer by the UK's market-leading provider of technology-led risk management solutions. My client, based in Stratford upon Avon, has entered a period of sustained growth and as a result, they need to increase their development capacity and expand their capabilities.

The company in question are looking to transition their customer platform in-house, whilst growing a team of people to help them continue to support, configure and add new features for their customers. My client is looking for someone who is excited by the challenge and has a real focus on the customer experience.

You will need to work your way through the codebase, to resolve some of the outstanding bugs and issues present. You will also work closely with the internal Project Managers and Configuration teams supporting the project and communicating technical changes. Looking ahead, you will support ways to improve the offering of the business looking at new features and functionalities.

In the future, the team is expected to grow. With that in mind, development opportunities will materialise in whichever direction you choose to take your career.

The ideal candidate will be someone with a great attitude, who can demonstrate my clients' core values. In addition, the following skills and capabilities will be essential:
- Webforms and Winforms experience
-Previous experience as an application developer, support developer or senior application support specialist.
-.Net Core and .Net Framework
-ASP.Net Webforms
-ASP.Net MVC
-RESTful APIs
-SQL Server
-JavaScript or TypeScript
-Ability to communicate technical language to non-technical people.
-Ability to support a project from start to completion.
-Understanding of how to build strong stakeholder relationships.
